Ohio Special Services Group was formed in 2005 by Chief Investigator Mr. Theodore Owens after recognizing a need to provide affordable, confidential, Investigations, and Security Services to businesses and everyday people in need of those services thus bridging the gap between conventional Law Enforcement and the Private Sector.

Mr. Theodore Owens is a decorated Law Enforcement Professional with service in Patrol and Investigative assignments throughout his Law Enforcement career.  Mr. Owens is also a decorated Commissioned Officer and U. S. Army combat veteran currently serving in the U. S. Army Reserve.  Mr Owens has served in the U. S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).  Mr. Owens has also worked as a Security Professional, Consultant, and Instructor in some of the world’s most austere environments such as the Middle East, Afghanistan, Iraq, Thailand, and Africa.
